Not to my knowledge...but there is 99.5% financing available!!!  One of the lenders I work with knows of a program that offers 99.5% financing.  It is much like the FHA financing.  The only difference is that this program will give you up to 3% GRANT MONEY for the down payment.  All you have to come up with is .5% !!! 

I know what you are most likely thinking...what about closing costs?  Well I am glad you asked!  This program allows a seller to credit the borrower funds for closing costs.  TALK ABOUT A DEAL!!
