President Obama is working on a new plan to help ease the financial burden of many Americans. One the biggest financial problems is meeting the mortgage. It's a strain more and more Americans face. Beginning August 1, the Federal Housing Adminstration (FHA) plans to more than double the amount of time homeowners can miss mortgage payments to one full year before foreclosure begins.
